Rescheduling Call Backs & Call Back Reminders
One of the great features in the CallAssist call
center software is the ability to schedule call backs. In the Dial List Card
area shown below you will notice a section near the top of the card called ‘Call Back’. Under the title there is a row labelled ‘Call Back?’ (with a question mark). To set a Call Back reminder
you just click in the white cell to the right which has the words ‘Click To Reschedule’. Doing so will make a date time appear to the right of the ‘Date Time’ label. The date time will be the current time plus 30 minutes or whatever delay you have setup. You can also edit this date time by clicking into the cell.
When a call back is due CallAssist displays a
flashing message above the Dial List Grid on the main screen. The
message reminds you that there are Call Backs now due. To view the contacts in the Dial List that have been scheduled to be called back
just click on the ‘Call Backs’ button in the main toolbar.
